Typar SF is a thin, thermally bonded, waterproof nonwoven geotextile made of continuous 100% polypropylene fibers. Thanks to the unique technology patented by DuPont (Luxembourg), Typar SF has a high initial modulus of elasticity (stiffness), optimal elongation (no more than 55%) and high uniformity. Such a combination of properties allows the material to perform its functions, such as separation and strengthening, filtration and drainage, with high efficiency. The material has resistance to moisture and chemical compounds, in particular, to acids and alkalis. The material is not subject to rotting and decomposition in the soil for more than 100 years.
