"FUNDAMENTAL" bituminous mastic Oreol-1 R-11 is a completely ready-to-use material consisting of a mixture of petroleum bitumen, mineral fillers and an organic solvent.

It is intended for the device of external waterproofing, anti-corrosion treatment of metal surfaces, repair. Application surfaces: concrete, cement, brick, stone, wood, metal, ceramics, asphalt, window blocks, reinforced concrete and metal constructions (due to the solvent content, it is not recommended to apply directly to foam).

The main physical and mechanical indicators:

Waterproof for 10 minutes at a pressure of 0.03 MPa: withstands; Flexibility on a bar with a radius of 5.0±0.2 mm, at a temperature of °С: -5; Strength of adhesion to the base, kgf/cm2, not less than: 3.0; Mass fraction of non-volatile substances, %, not less than: 60; Water absorption within 24 hours, % by mass, not more than: 1.2; Heat resistance, °С, not less than: +70; Drying time, time, not more than: 24.

Instructions for use:

The mastic is recommended to be applied to the treated surface with a brush, roller or spatula. The range of application temperatures is from -20°С to +40°С. Before using mastic, the working surface is based on a primer. At low ambient temperatures, for ease of application, the mastic is recommended to be kept in a warm room for at least 12 hours or diluted with an organic solvent to the required consistency, but not more than 10% of the mass. Store in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature of -20 to +35°C. The warranty period of storage is 24 months.
