PVC membrane Bauder THERMOFOL M15

PVC membrane Bauder Thermofol is used for waterproofing flat roofs. The thickness of the Bauder Thermofol M15 membrane is 1.5 mm. Therefore, its main use is the combined roofs with or without insulation. PVC Bauder Thermofolus membranes meet modern requirements and standards and can be used in both capital construction and reconstruction of existing roofs. When reconstruction of roofs made of bituminous materials - it is necessary to provide a dividing layer of thermal fixed geotextile or fiberglass between the bituminous membrane and PVC.
The PVC membrane is attached to the base of the roof mechanically. For fixation of the membrane, a special mount for the insulation and PVC membrane on a flat roof. When fastening to the concrete base without insulation, a screw in concrete and a metal clamping washer is used, when fastening to the base of the profiled sheet - a self -approving screw and a metal clamping washer. If the roof is insulated and the membrane is placed directly on the insulation - then use the appropriate screw plus a telescopic roofing dowel.
The Bauder Thermofol M membrane is not recommended in ballast and inversion roofs. Bauder Thermofol U is better suited for ballast and inversion roof with supplements to protect against microorganisms and plant plant germination.
