PVC membrane Monarplan FM 1.5 (2.12/15m)

PVC membrane Monarplan FM - roofing material based on polyvinyl chloride with the addition of plasticizers. Monarplan FM is a single-layer mechanically fastened polyester-reinforced membrane. Monarplan FM is produced by calendering method. The membrane is laid freely on a waterproofed surface, welded with the help of warm air, excluding an open source of fire, and mechanically fastened to the insulation or to the base.

Advantages of roofing membranes Monarplan:

• High mechanical strength, wear resistance and elasticity in a wide range of operating temperatures from – 40 °C to + 80 °C.
• Low water absorption, resistance to destruction with multiple temperature fluctuations.
• The high vapor permeability of the material allows avoiding measures to organize the forced removal of moisture from the roof structure.
• Installation of Monarplan membranes is carried out only in one layer.
• High speed of installation (thanks to the large length and width of the membrane panels and the use of automatic equipment), the possibility to carry out roofing work all year round.
• The laying process is fire-safe, because does not require the use of an open fire, gives the opportunity to perform roofing work, including on fire-hazardous objects.
• The strength of the welded seam is higher than the strength of the material itself, since the thickness of the material practically doubles in the seam; there is no so-called "counter seam" problem.
• High fire resistance characteristics (G1, RP1, B2)
• No special additional maintenance is required during operation
• Damaged and leaking areas are easily detected.
• Durability, resistance to UV radiation, aggressive environmental influences, maintainability even after a long period of operation (expected service life of at least 20-30 years).
• Produced in a wide range of colors.
