The unique combination of physical and chemical properties of monolithic polycarbonate allows it to be used in harsh climatic conditions and in complex production, in the temperature range from -40°C to +120°C. Plastic ignition occurs at a temperature above +290°C. In an open fire, the material does not burn, but melts.

The material is easily cut and processed with ordinary tools, which significantly facilitates and speeds up installation. The material lends itself well to thermoforming, drilling, and gluing. In the cold state, it can be bent if the architectural form requires it (arches, domes, round fences, etc.). Monolithic polycarbonate significantly facilitates the final construction and advertising design. The same profiling systems as for cellular polycarbonate are used to assemble constructions from monolithic polycarbonate.
