Sure-Seal EPDM HP-250 Primer is a high-quality, solvent-based product designed to simultaneously clean and prime EPDM membrane surfaces prior to the installation of self-adhesive products.
Typical properties and characteristics
The primer is both a cleaner and a primer, used in conjunction with Carlisle self-adhesive products: Seam Tape, Elastoform, etc. to achieve a highly effective result.
Method of application
Mix the Primer thoroughly before use until all pigments are dissolved and the primer is uniform in color. The minimum mixing time is at least 5 minutes.
Cost rate
1 can of 3.8 liters is enough for approximately 23 m² of surface, if it is a standard EPDM Sure-Seal membrane (with a protective coating of talc).
For EPDM membranes without a protective talc layer, 1 can is enough for approximately 42 m² of surface.
