Connecting polycarbonate profiles

Most often, polycarbonate connecting profiles are used when installing canopies, as well as roofs over unheated rooms. This is due to the fact that excellently protecting the structure from water penetration during rains, this type of profiles does not guarantee against leakages that occur during the melting of the ice formed in them.

Profile-HP - a non-detachable connecting polycarbonate profile is the most economical solution for connecting panels, due to which the illusion of a continuous coating is created (the joint is practically invisible). Fastening the profile to the frame is carried out with the help of self-tapping screws, while it is desirable to use sealing washers. It is recommended to use non-detachable profiles when installing vertical fencing structures and small pitched canopies.

The edges of the panel on both sides are inserted into the profile (to facilitate the process, you can moisten the inner part of the profile with a soapy solution), and the panels on both sides are attached to the structure along the crate using self-tapping screws with washers. The connecting profile itself is attached to the supporting structure only when using self-tapping screws with sealing washers.

Corresponding profiles are intended for panels of different thicknesses.
