Roll reinforced slate corrugated transparent Standard, 800g/m2

Transparent slate is a relatively new material on the construction market of Ukraine, while it has already won a very high reputation among builders, agricultural enterprises and end consumers. What is it, transparent slate, why is it in rolls, and not in the sheets we are used to, and how does it differ from other similar materials? This is a multi-layer fiberglass made of fiberglass and polymer resins. Slate is produced in the process of continuous impregnation and hardening at high temperature, which guarantees perfect polymerization of the resin. To achieve even greater strength, there are nylon threads at the same distance along the entire length of the slate. Unlike other materials used for transparent roofs, it is not afraid of hail, does not rot, does not break. Transparency, depending on the color, can reach 80%.

Another important advantage is that it is produced in rolls, which saves material consumption when using it. Take, for example, any corrugated transparent roof in sheets. The most popular size is 2*0.9m. According to the technology, when laying, at least one wave (7.6 cm) overlaps. On an area of 20 m2. (2*10m) we will need 12 sheets. The cost of overlapping is 0.9 m.p., that is, one sheet will be additional costs when using this material. I bought a roll, size 2*10 m, the cost of covering will be 0 m.p. - 0%, respectively, no additional costs. The thickness of the slate is 0.6 (mm), width: 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m, length from 10m to 40m.
